Stéphanie Martin holds a Post-graduate degree in Law and International Solidarity from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis as well as a Post-graduate degree in Intellectual Property from the University of Poitiers.
She initiated her experience in Intellectual Property as an intern at Hachette Livre and Agence France-Presse. She was then hired as a Legal and Project Officer by the National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) and passed the CNRS national civil service examination. Stéphanie was later seconded as a National Expert to the European Commission where she worked for 6 years on intellectual property enforcement. Before joining the SAA in June 2019, Stéphanie worked as a Manager Legal Affairs at GS1, a standards development organisation.
Stéphanie is fluent in French, English, Spanish and Italian, and has a basic command of German.
