The Society of Audiovisual Authors (AISBL) is the umbrella association of European collective management organisations representing audiovisual authors. Its 34 members in 26 countries manage rights for over 177,000 film, television and multimedia European screenwriters and directors. 

The SAA is managed by a Board of Directors made up of eight members who are elected for a term of three years. 

We are a small dedicated team working for audiovisual authors' rights in Europe, based in Brussels. Learn more about the individuals who drive our work forward.

The SAA has its offices in the European House of Authors in Brussels.
