Manuel Rios San Martin

Manuel Ríos San Martìn is a Spanish screenwriter, director and producer. He started his carrier in the mid-nineties working on a number of series for Spanish television including the award-winning Compañeros and Médico De Familia.  His first feature film was No te fallaré (I Won’t Let You Down) released in 2001 and he was also a co-writer on Maradona (directed by Marco Rissi) released in 2007. In 2014, Ríos worked for an awarded Spanish TV Series, Sin identidad. He has also taught a variety of courses at a number of Spanish universities. Since 2017, he has published three novels, including the latest one Donde haya tinieblas (Where There Is Darkness), a thriller story. His latest work is a horror and thriller movie, La huella del mal (The Cavern Crimes, 2025).
