FAAD is Albania's audiovisual collective management organisation (CMO), licensed by the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation. Its members include a wide range of audiovisual professionals, such as directors, screenwriters and producers. FAAD’s mission is to protect and represent its members, and to collect and distribute remuneration generated by the use of audiovisual works to both its members and non-members who hold rights. FAAD is dedicated to operating with maximum transparency and efficiency, ensuring that administrative costs are kept to a minimum and that creators receive the highest possible compensation.
